Question: I love your photography! How do I book?

Answer: Feel free to email Sabrina at Scolariphotography.com. (She handles all the contracts and booking questions!) You can also make an appointment to come into the studio, located at 155 Water Street, Warren, RI.

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: We happily accept VISA & MasterCard… As well as personal checks and of course, cash!

Question: Do your packages already have sales tax figured into them?

Answer: No! A sales tax of 7% will be added to whichever package you decide upon.

Question: Why would I choose a package over an ala carte selection?

Answer: Purchasing a package will save you money in the long run!

Question: I don’t think I want all the extras that come with purchasing a package. I’m really just interested in have my big day photographed with your vision. But, I would like to make my album myself.

Answer: Then an ala carte selection is perfect for you! You get the coverage you want… with a high res DVD of all your images after 6 months of online hosting!

Question: I notice in a couple of your packages you have an engagement sitting included. What is the importance of them?

Answer: It breaks the ice, so to speak! You both will get a feel of how we all work together and a taste of what is to come on your wedding day! It’s also a great way to have some casual and fun portraits of you and your sweetie to display at your reception the day of your wedding.

Question: I love Scolari Photography but Sabrina is already booked on my special day! Does her associate, Lynne do weddings without her?

Answer: Yes! Lynne she has over 17 years of experience shooting weddings! She has a great attitude that will help you; your wedding party and family feel at ease in front of the camera. (She takes all of her weddings seriously but tries not to take herself too seriously!)

Question: How many images can expect from my wedding day?

Answer: All weddings are different! You receive anywhere from 800 to 1200 photos.

Question: Will any of my images be B&W or Sepia?

Answer: Yes!! We select anywhere from 50-100 images from your wedding day to really emphasize the emotions, the expressions, the details and love of that day with B&W as well as Sepia images too! We also love to do the “Color Splash” when the image calls for it… of course!

Question: How soon after my wedding should I expect my photos? High Res DVD?

Answer: Your photos will be posted on a password protected website after 4-6 weeks from your wedding date. Your High Res DVD with all your images, after the 6 months of online hosting! (While your images are online friends and family will be able to order them.)

Question: Is the DVD copyrighted?

Answer: No… the DVD is NOT copyrighted! Feel free to make prints for personal use! I would suggest that if you are looking to do a larger wall portrait that you do order it from me. I can give it that “Special Scolari Treatment” and of course, professionally printed and mounted!

Question: I am really excited about my wedding album! I want it to be fabulous! How does it all work?

Answer: Sabrina and Lynne both design wedding albums! Once we receive a selection of images from you, you can expect a first draft layout in 12-16 weeks. (In the height of wedding season things can get a bit hectic!) We offer modern , fun and classic selections of wedding albums with a refreshing and organic look to it. Our Albums are made with the highest standard of album craftsmanship and stand to last for a lifetime. Our collection included classic silk fabrics with high end cypress paper for matting and backing. The crème de la crème of albums is our Queensberry collection from New Zealand and it is a must have heirloom to hand down for generations to come. Question: So how long will it take to actually get my album once the layout is approved?

Answer: 6-8 weeks after the final approval and payment is paid in full!

Question: I went with an Ala Carte Selection that does not include an album. Can I order one at a later date?

Answer: Of course you can! Feel free to contact us any time. (Albums purchased more than 1 year from wedding date will be subject to an additional charge of 10% from your original package.)

Question: What happens if I cancel?

Answer: All deposits are nonrefundable. If you happen to reschedule, and we are available then any deposits will be transferred to the new date!

Question: I am planning a destination wedding. Do you travel?

Answer: Have camera! Will travel! Call, email, or make an appointment to come into the studio to discuss travel fees.
